The Kandyan Villa

The views from my Beautiful Double Room with Balcony were amazing, a highlight of my stay. The pool area provided a wonderful spot to relax, especially after exploring Kandy. Breakfast featured a good mix of Sri Lankan dishes and continental options, all delicious and well-prepared. The staff displayed very nice hospitality, ensuring that my needs were met promptly. I found the lack of satellite TV connections a bit disappointing, especially after a long day. The road leading to the hotel had some challenging spots for my vehicle, but it was manageable. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here, but I hope they consider adding cable channels for entertainment.

The rooms are big size and airy, equipped with a work desk, multi-channel television, and a seating area. The location is incredible, the staff is extremely friendly and caring. The airport is 10 km away.

Consider asking the staff about local tuk tuk drivers. They have reliable recommendations to avoid any transportation hiccups.

the staff are well experienced, the hotel is brilliant and with stunning location very close to activities while in kandy, and the bus stand. they have a good choice of meals to choose from, the food is good.

The fine mountain views were a delight, and the playground was a hit with my kids, especially the swings. The food was delicious and made our family meals lovely. The staff went out of their way to provide a comfortable stay for our large family, including our baby.

My kids wished for more family-friendly activities nearby.

I loved the amazing views of lush mountains from my balcony, and the service from the staff was great, especially one member. The outdoor swimming pool was a fantastic spot to unwind, and the garden area provided a peaceful escape too. Just a heads up, the breakfast selection could use a bit more variety, but it didn't ruin my overall experience! 🌄

great stay but some minor concerns

I appreciated the cleanliness of the outdoor pool, surrounded by a beautiful garden. The amazing mountain views from my room's balcony made my mornings good. The staff were really good, assisting with meal delivery through a local app, very convenient. The view over the hills was fine and added to the overall ambiance.

The access road to the hotel had some tricky spots for driving, which could be improved.

Couldn't recommend more for a city escape

Spacious room, beautiful views, the outdoor swimming pool was a great spot for relaxation and the children's play area kept the little ones entertained .

Had a relaxing stay with stunning views from the balcony and delicious breakfast, but the pool wasn't cleaned during our visit. I'd definitely come back!

Excellent hotel with its outdoor swimming pool, 24-hour security, and in-room breakfast. On my first stay, the staff helped me with directions and were friendly. I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

It was just an excellent fit for a weekend vacation in Kandy with good value for price. The outdoor pool provided a nice relaxation spot after our long day exploring the area. Make sure to negotiate tuk tuk prices before getting in.

The double room here is exceptionally comfortable with an electric kettle, air conditioning, and a personal safe provided.
